Runner of the Week

C.G. Holden (So.), Southern Vermont College

Sophomore C.G. Holden (Pittsburgh, Pa.) finished first for Southern Vermont during the SVC Mountaineer Invitational- placing fifth overall, with a time of 18:55 on the mountainside course. Holden’s pace of 5:32 per mile is 31 seconds faster than the time he posted at the same event last year.

Freshman Robert Gorman (Ellington, Conn.) was the highest finishing freshman at the Roger Williams University Invitational, placing 16^th overall with a time of 18:29.61 on the 5K course.
