Crawford and Fuller Earn Weekly Conference Honors in Women's Volleyball

PLAYER OF THE WEEK — Daniel Webster College sophomore middle blocker Chelsey Crawford (Westfield, Mass.) topped the Eagles to a 2-1 week going 2-0 in NECC play defeating Mitchell 3-0 and Southern Vermont in a 3-2 battle. The Eagles also fell 3-1 in a non-conference match to Mt. Ida. Crawford  tallied 12 kills, five aces , two digs, two blocks and five service aces in the victory over Southern Vermont. For the week she hit .146 with 28 kills (2.33 per set), 11 aces (0.92 per set), six digs (0.50 per set) and six blocks (0.50 per set).

ROOKIE OF THE WEEK — Elms College freshman setter Ashley Fuller (Amherst, Mass.) dished out 21 assists in a 3-0 sweep of St. Joseph College (Conn.). Fuller hit .400, while averaging 7.00 sets for the match.  She also tallied 14 digs (4.67 per set), three blocks (1.00 per set) and  one service ace (0.33 per set).
