Ynguanzo and Flannagan Named Women's Tennis Player and Rookie of the Week

PLAYER OF THE WEEK – Bay Path College senior Carolina Ynguanzo (Springfield, Mass.) led the Wildcats to a 2-0 week. Ynguanzo went 2-0 in the #4 singles bracket while finishing 1-1 in doubles action. Bay Path defeated Mitchell 7-2 and Lesley 5-4.

ROOKIE OF THE WEEK – Mitchell College freshman Mackenzie Flannagan (Kentfield, Cal.) went 3-0 this week winning all three #1 singles matches including defeating Bay Path’s Hangasky 1-6, 6-0, 6-4, Lesley’s Mullen 6-4, 3-6 7-6 (7-3) and Newbury’s Swafford 6-1, 6-0. Flannagan also finished 2-1 in #1 doubles action.
