Ehnot, Gagne and Hoxie Grab NECC Women's Soccer Honors

PLAYER OF THE WEEK - Mitchell sophomore forward Paige Ehnot (West Hartford, Conn.) grabbed NECC honors after leading the Mariners to a 2-0 week. Ehnot had five goals on the week, two of which were game winning goals against NECC action. The Mariners defeated Newbury 6-3 and Wheelock 5-3. Ehnot has seven goals in her last three contests, all against conference teams. 

 

 

 

 

 

 

PLAYER OF THE WEEK - Elms junior forward Krystyna Gagne (Methuen, Mass.) helped the Blazers to a 2-0 week against conference opponent's Newbury and Daniel Webster. She netted two goals in the 7-0 shut-out against the Nighthawks and notched two goals and an assist in the other 6-0 shut-out against the Eagles. For the week, Gagne totaled nine points.

 

 

 

 

 

 

ROOKIE OF THE WEEK - Freshman forward Nicole Hoxie (Winsted, Conn.) helped lead the Mariners to a 2-0 weekly record against NECC play. Hoxie tallied an amazing 10 points scoring two goals and an assist in the 6-3 win against Newbury and netted two more in a 5-3 victory over Wheelock.
