Mitchell Sweeps NECC Men's Soccer Weekly Awards

PLAYER OF THE WEEK - Mitchell College senior forward Josh Griffo (Higganum, Conn.) fired home the game-winning goal in the 96th minute of the Mariners' 3-2 overtime victory over visiting Becker.  The victory allowed Mitchell to wrap up the regular season with a perfect 6-0 record in NECC play.

ROOKIE OF THE WEEK -Mitchell College freshman forward James Gleason (Old Lyme, Conn.) opened the Mariners' regular-season finale against Becker on a good note, scoring the first goal in what would prove to be a 3-2 overtime win.
