NECC Honors Women's Cross Country Runners of the Week

RUNNER OF THE WEEK - Lesley University sophomore Charlotte Goff (Osterville, Mass.) finished first amongst NECC harriers at the Smith Invitational.  Her 5K time of 20:47.15 placed her 7th overall out of 179 competitors. The team placed 7th out of 17 with a 198 team score. Goff ran a career best 5K time on a challenging course.

ROOKIE RUNNER OF THE WEEK - Newbury College freshman Cathryn Comptois (Hubbardston, Mass.) clocked a 22:11 time over 5K at the Travis Fuller Invitational hosted by Mass. Maritime Academy. Comptois finished 29th out of 90 harriers placing second amongst her Nighthawk teammates. She helped her team to a 6th place finish with a 176 team score.
